Who Are We?

The Coffee Park was originally an actual coffee shop.
It was a very unique coffee shop with a supervised treehouse for kids to play in. It was a genius concept.
My family opened The Coffee Park in October 2007. We had a tremendous opening,
and we were slammed our first 3 months. We spent the summer of 2008 trying to figure out
how to run a successful restaurant, and how to market our brilliant concept.
Then the economy blew up and took our sales with it!
We quickly learned how to operate on less and tried everything we could
to get people in the door and order more once they came.
We struggled through the year and rode the roller coaster until the ride had to stop,
but now we've said a bittersweet goodbye to our café and we're embarking on a new adventure in life!
